Yes, our team is trained to look for damages or missing items before we start cleaning. We will notify you immediately with photos so you can handle your deposit claims.
Who provides the replacement supplies for restocking?
We can use supplies you keep locked in an owner closet, or we can provide the essentials like toilet paper, soap, and coffee for an additional flat fee per turnover.
Can you handle same day turnovers?
Absolutely. We understand the short term rental market and have teams available to complete fast, thorough turnovers during your standard checkout and check in window.
Do you wash linens on site or take them away?
We can wash them using your in house washer and dryer, or bring our own fresh rental linens depending on your specific preference and the time available for the turnover.
